Episode 110: FAIR ENOUGH!! A Debate with Simon

Simon and I have been bandmates for almost 10 years in WARPARK, but even longer as schoolmates. In this podcast we dive into the relevance of providing lyrics along with music. We divide the importance of physical versus digital versus streaming music, and how we grew up consuming music. Pitting The Used up against The Strokes, we compare and contrast their music of the past and their latest release...along with the differences in their vinyl packaging. We then define what music is to us and how technology has impacted the music industry to the artist versus the consumer. LASTLY, we get into how LIVE music plays into the value of the recordings. This 2+ hour debate-turned-argument goes by quick, don't be intimidated!
